Meet Your Instructors, Rob, Diana, & Jackie

Robert Parry-Cruwys, MSEd, BCBA, LABA is a clinical behavior analyst working in the public school system. Diana Parry-Cruwys, PhD, BCBA-D, LABA is an associate professor of behavior analysis at Regis College. Jackie MacDonald, PhD, BCBA-D, LABA is an associate professor of behavior analysis and assistant dean of health sciences at Regis College.

Meet Your Podcast Guests

Dr. Roseanne Lesack is a licensed psychologist, board certified behavior analyst at the doctoral level, and boarded by the American Board of Professional Psychology in clinical child and adolescent psychology. Her career has provided the opportunity to assist children and families struggling with day-to-day concerns.Dr. Lesack earned a Bachelors in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles, a Master's in Education and School Psychology, and a Doctorate in School Psychology from Fordham University. Throughout her career, Dr. Lesack has served as a faculty member at the Emory School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA and served as the Director of an ABA clinic at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Currently, Dr. Lesack serves as an Associate Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis at Regis College and is the co-founder of momentumparenting.com, a resource for ABA-based parenting support. Dr. Jillian Wilson, PsyD, BCBA-D is a licensed clinical psychologist and behavior analyst in Massachusetts. She earned a BA in Psychology and Disability Studies from the University of Massachusetts and a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her doctoral internship treating behavior disorders in the Neurobehavioral Unit at the Kennedy Krieger Institute at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. After internship, Dr. Wilson completed her postdoctoral residency in Pediatric Feeding Disorders at the Mailman Segal Center. In 2018, she was appointed to the faculty at Regis College to serve as the program director of the online Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis program. Dr. Wilson conducts research in a variety of areas including the treatment of pediatric feeding disorders, parent/caregiver training and views of ABA, and the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior. She consults with the Center for Pediatric Neurodiversity and is the co-founder of Momentum Parenting.
