Learn the research behind best supervision practices

About the Course

In this episode of ABA Inside Track, we dive deep into the world of supervision with the dynamic duo, Dr. Natalie Andzik and Dr. Michael Kranak. As we kick off Supervision September, we explore what we actually know about supervision practices through the lens of evidence-based research. The conversation touches on the importance of soft skills, the challenges of burnout among behavior analysts, and the need for a more data-driven approach to supervision. With insights from their recent publications, our guests emphasize the significance of effective supervision in shaping the next generation of behavior analysts and the ethical responsibilities that come with it. This episode is available for 1.0 SUPERVISION CEU.
