About the Course

This week, we're discussing asking for help and ways to improve this important life skill. We discuss basic requests for help, how to prevent overgeneralization of the response, and high- and low-tech solutions for asking for help when lost. Plus, Rob goes out of his way to make the absolute worst jokes possible in a feeble attempt to lighten the mood. This episode is available for 1.0 LEARNING CEU.
